Council on Higher Education (CHE) invites sealed bids from eligible firms/persons for the supply of Nine Laptops.
The technical proposal must clearly show the specifications tabled below:

The financial proposal must include the following:
- Amounts inclusive of VAT;
- Warranty Terms;
- Service terms which clearly specify the support that will be offered; and
- MS office 2019 Business
TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO BIDDERS
Bid proposals should be accompanied by the following:
- Valid Trading License
- VAT Registration where applicable
- Valid income tax clearance certificate
- Reference by three reputable organizations
