TENDER INVITATION
Care for Basotho is a non-governmental organization whose mandate is to assist the Lesotho Government on five thematic areas HIV and AIDS, Livelihoods, Economic Empowerment, Food Security and Humanitarian Relief.
CBA invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for supply of 6 laptops. The specifications must include;
- Processor:11th / 13th Gen. Intel Core i5

- Hard Drive: 512GB

- Operating System: Windows 11
- Warranty: One year premium support
Scheduled time of delivery: 4 weeks
Tender Terms and Conditions:
- Tender will run from the 02nd of February 2024 to 09th February 2024.
- Bidders are required to show the time of delivery, after sale service and warranty period.
- Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked Bid for ‘Laptops’ should be deposited in the tender Box at CBA not later than 12h30 Friday 09th February 2024
- Bids will be opened on Monday 11th February 2024day 09:30 am in the CBA Boardroom and bidders or representatives are welcome to attend tender opening.
- Tenders will be informed in due course of the review.
- Certified (at source) copies of the current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with bid.
- Bidders are required to quote in Maloti or Rands only on the quoted price, vat included.
- CBA is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid.
- Bidders must distinctly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.
