GIZ invites legally established companies with local presence in South Africa with experience in supply of digital tools, to submit the following information to the GIZ procurement department:
- Company name on letterhead, physical address and telephone number.
- Brief company profile (max 20 lines) and attach copy of company registration certificate and Tax clearance certificate.
- Contact person that will be responsible for the procurement process (name, email address and telephone number).
- Quotation as per specifications, also include estimated delivery timelines.
- Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment).
- Tax clearance certificate which must not be older than two years.
