Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) is requesting quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply of Infographics, Slido and Mentimeter Softwares
SPECIFICATIONS
1. Mentimeter (or Similar Audience Engagement Software)
Required Specifications:
• Purpose: Interactive presentation and audience engagement tool
• Key Features:
o Live polling, Q&A, word clouds, and quizzes
o Custom branding options
o Unlimited Participants per month
o Multi-user/team collaboration – edit mentis together with team
o Data export and reporting functionality
o Import slides from other tools
o Add own company logo or branding
o Create team templates
o Export results to excel
o Edit Presentations with your colleagues or specific team members
o Integration with PowerPoint and other presentation tools
• User Capacity:
o Number of users/licenses required: 5 presenters
o Maximum number of participants per session: Unlimited
• Support & Training:
o Level of customer support (24/7, business hours, email, phone, etc.)
o Availability of training resources (manuals, webinars, onboarding support)
2. Infographics Software
Required Specifications:
Purpose: Creating infographics, reports, and visual content
Key Features Required:
• Drag-and-drop design interface
• Pre-designed templates with 4500 or more infographics
• Onetime Payment
• 250 or more free icons
• Custom branding and colour palette support
• Support for multiple file formats (PNG, PDF, SVG, etc.)
• Interactive elements (if needed)
3. Slido (or Similar Audience Interaction Software)
Required Specifications:
• Purpose: Live Q&A, polling, and audience interaction
• Key Features:
o Unlimited Live polls, Q&A, quizzes, and word clouds
o Integration with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
o Basic Privacy Options and Anonymous feedback collection
o Moderation and customization options – customs image for polls
o Data export and reporting functionality
• User Capacity:
o Number of users/licenses required: 1-year basic
o Maximum number of participants per session: up to 200

Mandatory Requirements:
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Attach valid and relevant Traders License/ Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Provide IBR number.
➢ The quotations should state lead time.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to the lowest price
• Payment will be processed after provision of service
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
