The Road Fund wishes to enhance its ICT services to all stakeholders. To achieve this, the Fund requests proposal from suitably qualified companies with the capacity to supply and deliver the tools listed in the table below:

Bidders are expected to adhere to the following requirements:
1. Bidders should be compliant with their tax obligations, hence a valid company/ Tax Clearance certified at source must be submitted;
2. copy of a valid Trader’s Licence, which is certified at source must be submitted;
3. They should indicate delivery period from time of receiving the official order. Sealed bids clearly marked “Tender for Supply of ICT Software and Peripherals” bearing no identification of the bidding company should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of the Road Fund offices on or before 27th November 2020 before or at 13.00hrs.
