INVITATION TENDER
Land Administration Authority invites registered and accredited suppliers for the supply of Twelve (12) Dell Laptops that comprises of the following specifications:

Scheduled time of delivery: Estimated time of delivery is six (6) weeks.
Tender Conditions
- Tender will run from the 29th of November 2023 to 05th January 2024.
- Bidders are required to show the time of delivery, after sale service and warranty period.
- Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked Bid for ‘’Dell Laptops’’ should be deposited in the tender Box located in the Director Secretary’s Office of the Land Administration Authority at Lerotholi road next to Radio Lesotho not later than 12h30 Friday 05th January 2024 .
- Bids will be opened on the same day 12h:30 in the LAA Boardroom and bidders or representatives are welcome to attend tender opening.
- Tenders will be informed in due course of the review.
- Certified (at source) copies of the current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with bid.
- Recent financial statements of the bidder duly signed by an audit firm or practicing Chartered Accountant must be provided.
- Land Administration Authority may require performance guarantee of no more than 10% of the bid amount.
- Bidders are required to quote in Maloti or Rands only on the quoted price, vat included.
- The Land Administration Authority is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any bid.
- Bidders must distinctly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.
