Supply of a 3-Wheel Electric Forklift, Leasing of Photocopier Machines, and Supply and Installation of a Surveillance System – MLJ/GP/FKLT/CC/PHOT/2026/2027
The Ministry of Law and Justice has been allocated funds for the acquisition of a 3-wheel electric forklift, leasing of photocopier machines, and supply and installation of a surveillance system for the Department of Printing and Stationery.
The entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above goods.
Bidding Information
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2023 and the Regulations made under the Act.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
The bidding document may be purchased in English by interested bidders at a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00. The method of payment will be cash payable at the accounts office, Government Printing and Stationery, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on 08 October 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid price, expressed as a fixed amount and without decimal points.
The bid security must be valid until 18 December 2026. Late bids shall be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given below at 10:00 a.m. on 08 October 2026.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit for Lot 3 bidders.
