Invitation to Tender
The Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) invites sealed tenders from registered and qualified service providers for the Supply, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Two Large Digital Outdoor Full Colour LED Billboards of a minimum of 20 square meters.
Tender Document
Interested and eligible bidders may obtain the tender document by paying a non-refundable fee of One thousand five hundred Maloti (M1,500.00) at the Finance Office, LNDC Development House, Block A, Level 6.
Submission Details
Tenders must be deposited in the tender box situated on the 1st floor of LNDC Development House, Block A, Reception Area.
Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit
A compulsory pre-bid (briefing) session and site visit will be held on:

Deadline for Submission
The deadline for submission of tenders is on or before Thursday, 12th June at 10:00 am. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. The tender box will be opened publicly immediately thereafter.
Bid Requirements
All bids must be accompanied by valid copies of:
- Trader’s license
- Tax clearance
- Proof of authorized signatory
Margin of Preference will be applicable per the LNDC Procurement Policy.
