Invitation to Bidders
The Roads Directorate has allocated funds for the procurement of an IP-Based CCTV Surveillance System and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Commissioning of an IP-Based CCTV Surveillance System.
Bidding is open to legally registered suppliers who meet the qualification requirements specified in the Bidding Documents.
Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, 2023, the Public Procurement Regulations and the provisions of the Bidding Documents.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents during normal working hours from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Purchase of Bidding Documents
The Bidding Documents are prepared in the English language and may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 2,000.00.

A compulsory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held:

Attendance at the compulsory pre-bid meeting and site visit is mandatory for all bidders.
Submission of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the Tender Box situated near the Procurement Office (Room G11), Roads Directorate Headquarters.
Deadline: 8 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security Declaration in the form specified in the Bidding Documents.
Late bids will not be accepted.
Public Opening of Bids
Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
