REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The National University of Lesotho (NUL) invites proposals from suitably qualified companies for the supply, installation, and commissioning of air conditioners at the main campus library in Roma.
Bidders are required to provide the following primary documents, failure of which will result in disqualification:
a. Certified copies of:
- Certificate of incorporation
- Tax Clearance Certificate b. Audited Financial Statements c. Security Bid
Detailed RFP documents are obtainable from NUL Procurement office, Roma, at a non-refundable fee of M500.00, payable into the University account at Standard Lesotho Bank, account number 9080001407356, branch code 062067. Prospective bidders can alternatively email the proof of payment to [email protected] to be emailed the tender document.

Submission Details
- Closing Date for Submission of Proposals: Wednesday, 14th May 2025 at 12:00 hrs noon
- Opening of Bid Documents: Wednesday, 14th May 2025 at 12:15 hrs at the Campus Services boardroom. Interested bidders are invited for the bid opening, and only one representative from a bidder may attend.
- Refundable Security Bid: M30,000.00
- Proposal Validity: 90 days from the closing date of the tender
