REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
- Lesotho Electricity Generation Company (LEGCO) invites Proposals from legally registered and suitably qualified companies for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Customization and Commissioning of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) System. REF No: LEGCO/NOV/ NO: 1 OF 2024/2025
- Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit, at LEGCO

Clarifications may be requested in writing to [email protected] (not later than 6th December 2024). - The proposal shall be accompanied by a Bank guaranteed Bid Security of M5,000.00 bank guaranteed
- Mandatory and Minimum Requirements
Copy of valid Tax Clearance Certificate (certified at source).
Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate (certified at source). Where applicable Copy of valid Trader’s License.
Company/Business Profile.
Minimum experience of contracts of a similar nature and magnitude executed support with one (1) copy of contract or purchase order or certificate of completion or proof of services.
Completed certificate of bona fi de tendering. - It is mandatory for the Bidders to properly, complete and sign the Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering.
This document should be in its original form (i.e. as provided with the bidding document and should not be altered.”

The tender documents will be obtainable from the 29th November, 2024. - All bidders should deposit their original proposals with four copies in the tender box situated at:

Maseru on or before 13th December, 2024 at 11:00am and will be opened on the same day at 11:30am in the presence of bidders’ representatives who may wish to attend. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
Tenders should be clearly marked as follows: “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Customization and Commissioning of Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) System.” REF No: LEGCO/NOV/ NO: 1 OF 2024/2025 - The LEGCO is not bound to accept the lowest bid or any whatsoever and can cancel the bidding process at any stage without consulting the Bidders.
