REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS – RFQ 2025/26
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested companies for the supply, delivery, and renewal of TEAMS SOFTWARE.

- Renewal of TEAMS SOFTWARE
- Number: 50 participants per meeting
- Hosts: 15
- Purpose: Holding virtual meetings

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
- Attach valid relevant Trader’s License/Business Identity Card.
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
- Provide the IBR number.
- Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp.
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without being authorized.
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods/service.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and copied to [email protected] or hand-delivered to Procurement, 2nd Floor, Election House, Corner Maluti and Caledon Road, Maseru West on or before Wednesday, 30th April 2025. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply, delivery and renewal of TEAMS SOFTWARE”.
