- The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho intends to improve Agricultural service delivery. Therefore, part of the proceeds will be utilized on eligible payments resulting from the procurement of the above.
- The Principal Secretary now invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Solar Powered wind direction indicators at MIA

A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (M2000.00) Two Thousand Maloti Only. The method of payment must be payable at the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Traffic Department building, Next to St Catherines High School. Accounts Section Ground Floor Room 100.
- Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Tuesday, December 15,2023 at 12:00. Late submission shall be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of M10,000.00 in the form of a bank guarantee or irrevocable/assurance letter of credit valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid. As appears in the bid data sheet.
It is mandatory for bidders to submit the following valid documents: (a) Tax Clearance Certificates; (b) Trader’s License, (c) Certificate of Bona Fide Bidding, Bid Security, and a completed bid form. These documents [especially (a) and (b)] shall either be originals or certified copies from the source. Noncompliance with this requirement may invalidate a bid.
- Qualifications requirements for award include amongst others: (a) business experience of not less than three years in similar jobs, Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
- Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:30hrs on Tuesday 15, 2023 at the address given below:

- Bidders shall ensure that the envelopes containing their bids are properly addressed as indicated under ITB above and are clearly marked “Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Powered Wind Direction Indicators” GOL/G003/2023/24
- The Ministry of Public Works and Transport also reserves the right to cancel the tender before submission or opening of the tenders, postpone the tender submission or opening date and accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The Ministry of Public Works and Transport is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
