Invitation to Bid:
The Rural Electrification Unit (REU) has received funding from the Government of Lesotho for the procurement of office equipment.
Eligible bidders are invited to submit sealed bids for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Office Equipment.
Procurement Method:
Bidding will be conducted through Open National Competitive Tendering in accordance with the Public Procurement Act and is open to all eligible bidders.

Bid Security:
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the bid price, expressed as a fixed amount (without decimal points).

Bidders must submit the following:
- Completed Price Schedule for Goods and Related Services, including written confirmation that the bid price is valid for 90 days from the bid closing date.
- Bid Security.
- Certified copy of a valid Trading Licence.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- VAT Registration Certificate.
- Coloured pictograms and/or brochures clearly showing the specifications of the goods offered.
- Proof of registration with the Lesotho Ministry of Finance (IFMIS) or a declaration confirming willingness to register upon award of the tender.
- Certificate of Bona Fide Tendering, signed by a senior official of the bidding company.
- Certificate authorising the signatory (Power of Attorney).
