REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
Supply, Delivery and Installation of GIS Predictive Mapping Licence and Heavy‑Duty Multi‑Functional Printer
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit (PMU) has received funding from the Global Fund in the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis and COVID‑19 in Lesotho. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the supply, delivery and installation of GIS Predictive Mapping Licence and heavy‑duty multi‑functional printer to support implementation of the GC7 Grant.
You are hereby invited to submit your most favorable quotation for the supply, delivery and installation of GIS Predictive Mapping Licence and heavy‑duty equipment, as specified in Annex I: Specifications.

1. Requirements
Bidders must submit the following:
- Valid relevant Trader’s License / Business Identity Card
- Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate
- VAT Registration Certificate, where applicable
- Company profile demonstrating at least three (3) years’ experience in supplying similar goods, including contact details of referees (email and telephone numbers)
2. Quotation Price
The quotation price must include a clear breakdown for each costed item.
The bid price shall cover the supply, delivery and installation of GIS Predictive Mapping Licence and heavy‑duty equipment in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods supplied locally or internationally shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
3. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of six (6) weeks.

6. Labelling of Quotations
All quotations MUST be clearly labelled:
“Supply, Delivery and Installation of GIS Predictive Mapping Licence and Heavy Duty”
7. Submission of Quotations
Quotations MUST be deposited in the Quotation Box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before 8th April 2026 at 12:00 hrs.
