REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning – Project Management Unit has received funding from the Government and the Global Fund for the fight against HIV and AIDS, Tuberculosis in Lesotho. Part of the proceeds will be used to pay for the furniture and equipment. The suppliers are invited to submit the most favourable quotation for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of furniture and equipment:

Requirements
a. Valid relevant Traders License / Business Identity Card.
b. Valid relevant Tax Clearance Certificate.
c. VAT Registration Certificate where applicable.
d. Company profile that shows similar experience with the contact of referees such as email and telephone numbers.
1. Quotation Price with Clear Breakdown for Each Costed Item
The bid price shall be for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conferencing equipment as per specification indicated under Annexure I and II.
Prices quoted for goods to be supplied from within the country or abroad shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
2. Delivery
Delivery is expected within a maximum of four (4) weeks to the locations listed under Annexure II.

5. Labelling of Quotations
Quotations MUST be clearly labelled:
“Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Equipment”
6. Submission of Quotations
Quotations MUST be deposited in the quotation box situated at the reception area at the address below on or before 26th January 2026 at 12:00 hrs.
