1. Background
The Kingdom of Lesotho has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the e-Government Infrastructure Project Phase II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Equipment for e-Service Centres in 21 Sites (Lot 1 and Lot 2).
2. Invitation to Bidders
The Ministry of Information, Communications, Science, Technology & Innovation now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Equipment for e-Service Centres in 21 Sites (Lot 1 and Lot 2).
3. Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding – National (OCB/I) method, as specified in the African Development Bank’s Procurement Policy for Bank-Funded Operations (dated October 2015). The process is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Framework.
4. Bidding Document Purchase
The bidding document will be available in English and may be purchased by interested, eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 400 (or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency).

5. Bid Submission
Deadline for Submission: 22 April 2025, at 10:00 hrs

Tender Box (Reception Area) - Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
- Late bids will be rejected.
- Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened on 22 April 2025, at 10:05 hrs, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who wishes to attend at the same address.
6. Bid Security
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration.
