STANDARD INVITATION TO BIDDERS

Subject: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System
1. Funding and Scope
Lesotho Electricity Generation Company has allocated/received funds to be used for the supply, delivery and installation of a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system.
2. Invitation to Bid
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
3. Procurement Procedure
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act of 2023 and is competitive to all bidders.
4. Access to Bidding Documents
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00 AM to 16:30 PM, or via email: [email protected].
- The bidding document, prepared in English, may be requested at 8(b) or via email: [email protected].
5. Bid Submission
- Deadline: 25 August 2025 at 11:00 AM
- Bid Security: M5,000.00 (valid until 20 December 2025 – 118 days)
- Late bids: Will be rejected
- Bid Opening: 25 August 2025 at 11:30 AM, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend
6. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
A pre-bid meeting/site visit will be held at Ha Ramarothole in Mafeteng on the date indicated in the procurement schedule.
