PROJECT NAME: SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND FITTING OF TYRES FOR MOHALES’ HOEK DISTRICT COUNCIL YELLOW PLANT AND TIPPER TRUCKS
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies experience in Supply and fitting of Tyres and own MOTOR GARAGESUPPLY, DELIVERY AND FITTING OF TYRES FOR MOHALES’ HOEK DISTRICT COUNCIL YELLOW PLANT AND TIPPER TRUCKS. Tender documents are obtainable from Mohale’s Hoek District Council Procurement Office during working hours, from the 18thJune 2018 at a non-refundable fee of M2000.00 (Two thousand Maloti) paid at District Administrators’ Accounts office.
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS: All prospective tenderers must attach to the tender the following documents:
- Valid traders licence certified at source
- Valid tax clearance certified at source
- Refundable bid security of 2% of the bid price (Bank guaranteed cheque or a letter from accredited Financial Institution endorsed with a revenue stamp).
Sealed bids, Original tender documents bearing no identification of the bidder must clearly be marked, “SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND FITTING OF TYRES FOR MOHALES’ HOEK DISTRICT COUNCIL YELLOW PLANT AND TIPPER TRUCKS”, should be deposited at the tender box situated at Mohale’s Hoek Urban Council, adjacent WASCO offices Mohale’s Hoek on or before 27/07/2018 at 12:00Noon and tenders will be opened on the 27/07/2018 at 14:30hrs in the presence of representatives, there will be Pre-bid meeting on the 03/07/2018 at Mohale’s Hoek Urban Council at 10:00am.
