REQUEST FOR INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER NO: TTDC/MoLGCHAP/1/2025/2026
Thaba-Tseka District Council hereby invites tenders from locally interested registered and eligible Companies for supply, delivery and fitting of tyres and supply and delivery of lubricants for Thaba-Tseka District Council Yellow Plant and Trucks.
To bid for the proposed contracts, companies must be registered and hold relevant valid Traders’ licenses and must be in compliance with tax obligations with a valid Tax Clearance certificate.
The issue date for this tender is 12th June 2025, and the closing date is 25th July 2025. One (1) original and four (4) hard copies of the tender responses are to be deposited in the council’s tender box situated at THABA-TSEKA DISTRICT COUNCIL OFFICE opposite EDUCATION OFFICE, NOT LATER THAN 10:00 a.m.
All tenders will be opened on 25th July 2025 at 10:30 a.m. Sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder must be clearly marked:

Tender documents are available at THABA-TSEKA DISTRICT COUNCIL (PROCUREMENT UNIT) at a non-refundable fee of M2,500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Maloti only) payable at Urban Council Accounts Office.
Thaba-Tseka District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
