1. The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received funding from the Global Fund under the COVID-19 component. A portion of the proceeds will support Implementing Sub-Recipients in the supply, delivery, and erection of park homes – Safe Spaces.
2. The Ministry of Finance Project Management Unit (MOFDPMU) invites sealed bids for the works described below:

5. Bid Submission
   • Deadline: 22 May 2025, at 10:00 hrs
   • Venue: MOFDPPMU Boardroom
   • Opening: 22 May 2025, at 10:15 hrs
   • Late submissions, emailed, or faxed tenders will not be accepted
   • Bids must include a Bid Security of 2% of the bid amount per lot, in the form of a Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days

6. Mandatory Bid Documents:
   • Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
   • Trader’s License
   • Certificate of Bona Fide Bidding
   • Ministry of Public Works registration certificate (where applicable)
   Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.

7. Qualification Requirements (per lot):
   • Minimum five (5) years of relevant business experience
   • Successful completion of similar contracts worth at least M2,000,000 in the last five years
   • Evidence of capital or credit lines equal to at least 50% of the bid amount
   • Compliance with all requirements in Section II (Bid Data Sheet), Clause 5.2 (a–g)
   • A margin of preference for local companies will apply as per the Public Procurement Act, 2023
