REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS NO 2 of 2025/2026 (HEADQUARTERS)
SUPPLY AND REVAMP AFRICA HOUSE COMPUTER NETWORK
Quotations are requested from eligible suppliers for the provision of Computer Network Revamping at Development Planning Department, as per below specification.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant and valid trader’s license.
- Valid tax clearance.
- The bidder must submit in writing only one price quotation.
- The quoted price must include all the charges for all goods and services including installations, transportation, insurance and taxes or the non-available cost components relating to delivery.
- Suppliers must stipulate lead time on the quotations.
- Quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing no identification of supplier and must be clearly marked:
“SUPPLY AND REVAMP AFRICA HOUSE COMPUTER NETWORK”
SUBMISSIONS
- RFQs must be deposited on or before 21st August 2025 at 12:00 HRS in the tender box situated at Government Complex Phase 2, Development Planning, 2nd floor.
- Quotations arriving after closing time shall be rejected.

- Supply 48-port CAT6 rack mount patch panel × 10
- Supply brush panel × 5
- Patch leads per cabinet × (48 × 6), 1 meter in length
- Repair of Cat6 data boxes × 30
- New Cat6 data boxes × 30
- Mount newly configured switches
