The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified
interested Companies for Supply, Printing and Delivery of Vehicle IEC Stickers.

Print IEC full colour logo on an outdoor magnetic sticker material
• Size 500mm X 400mm
• Sticker type – Magnetic
• Quantity – 230 pieces

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT
(attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid and relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Quotation should state lead time.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods.
