TENDER NO. 4 OF 2021/2022
Contract Title: Supply and Installation of Radio Playout System and Shared Storage
- The Government of Lesotho through Ministry of Communications, Science and Technology (MCST) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers to supply and install Radio Playout System and Shared Storage.
- Tender documents are obtainable from Procurement office of the MCST, Moposo House 3rd Floor, Kingsway, Maseru from 24 June 2021 from 08:00hrs to 15:30hrs. Documents will be offered after payment of non-refundable fee of M3,000.00.
- There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on 09 July 2021 at 10:00hrs at LNBS Premises.
- Prospective bidders must attach the following to their tenders:
- Valid Trader’s License certified at source
- Valid Tax Clearance certified at source
- Refundable Bid Security of 2% of the tender price
- Signed Certificate of Bonafide Tendering
- Sealed tenders (1original and 4 copies) bearing no identification of the tenderer clearly marked “Supply and Installation of Radio Playout System and Shared Storage” must be deposited in the Ministry’s tender box situated at the reception area on or before 04 August 2021 at 09:30hrs.
- Interested eligible suppliers may request clarification in writing from the MCST Procurement Unit Moposo House 3rd Floor or email Miss ‘Mamokhethi Moshabe at the following email address: [email protected] copy to [email protected]
- MCST is not bound to accept the lowest or any price.
