REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS- RFQ 2024/25
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and Installation of Power data Drop Poles.
SPECIFICATIONS
• Supply of one power data drop pole.
• Eight power points.
• Installation on three power data drop poles that are already available plus the one supplied.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Please use the following IEC’s Standard Price;
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after Provision of Service.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and cc [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Friday the 6TH February at 4:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked ‘’Power Data Drop Poles’’.
