INVITATION TO TENDER
REF: MNR/NON-OFFICE EQUIP/2025/2026
Supply and Installation of Non-Office Equipment
1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Natural Resources through its Department of Water Affairs received funds from the Government of Lesotho to procure the following non-office equipment:
- Electro Magnetic Current Meter equipment x1
- Radar Sensor specification x2
- Total Station Specs docx x5
- Water Level Staff Gauge specs x5
- Supply of Borehole Inspection Camera x1
- Drone x1 and Camera x2
- Supply of Water Level Data-loggers x70
- TLC Meter x12
- Hydro-geophysical Equipment x1
Therefore, MNR invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the supply and installation of the above-mentioned Non-Office Equipment.
2. TENDER ISSUANCE AND SUBMISSION
- The tender is issued on 12 August 2025 and closes on 17 September 2025 at 10:00 am.
- Tender documents are available at the Department of Water Affairs (Procurement Unit) at a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00 (two thousand Maloti) from Thursday, 13 August until Thursday, 11 September 2025.
- Payment is to be made in cash at the Ministry of Natural Resources (DWA) Accounts Office, next to Government Complex.
- The receipt issued by Accounts must be produced to the DWA Procurement Unit for collection of tender documents.
Bid Submission Requirements:
- One (1) original, four (4) copies, and a soft copy of the bid documents.
- A sealed financial proposal.
- All documents must be deposited in the Ministry of Natural Resources Tender Box situated at the Department of Rural Water Supply Office, Khubetsoana, Resource Centre, next to Appropriate Technology Services (ATS) on or before the closing date and time.
- The envelope must be clearly marked:
“Supply and Installation of Non-Office Equipment REF: MNR/NON-OFFICE EQUIP/2025/2026”
Tender Opening:
- All tenders will be opened on Wednesday, 17 September 2025 at 10:30 am at the Department of Rural Water Supply, Khubetsoana, Resource Centre, next to Appropriate Technology Services (ATS).

All requests for clarifications and queries on this tender must be addressed in writing to:
