INVITATION TO TENDER NO: 03 OF 2020/2021
Supply and Installation of IT equipment for Lesotho Agricultural Census (LAC) and Lesotho Demographic Survey (LDS)
- Introduction
The Ministry of Development Planning (MDP) has received funds from Government of Lesotho to Supply and Install IT equipment for Lesotho Agricultural Census (LAC) and Lesotho Demographic Survey (LDS) through Bureau of Statistics (BOS).
- Issuance and Submission of Bids
The tender is issued on the 26th October 2020, and closed on the 17th November 2020at 12:00 noon. Bid responses from competent suppliers/bidders must be submitted to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated next to the Minister’ suit at the entrance foyer of the top floor of the Ministry of Development Planning Building (Africa House), Government Complex, Corner Nightingale and King’s Way Road, Maseru, not later than 12:00 noon, 17th November 2020as follows: –
Technical proposal in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked “Technical proposal for Supply and Installation of IT equipment for Lesotho Agricultural Census (LAC) and Lesotho Demographic Survey (LDS)”.
Financial proposal in one (1) original in a sealed envelope marked “financial proposal for Supply and Installation of IT equipment for Lesotho Agricultural Census (LAC) and Lesotho Demographic Survey (LDS)” and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
Both technical and financial proposals must be in separate envelopes that shall be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked “Supply and Installation of IT equipment for Lesotho Agricultural Census (LAC) and Lesotho Demographic Survey (LDS)”.
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Development Planning (Procurement Unit) at a non-refundable fee of M2000.00 (Two thousand Maloti) not later than 13th November 2020 at 16:00 noon. The Tender Document fee is payable in cash at MDP Accounts Office. All tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend on Tuesday 17th November 2020at 14:30 at the Ministry of Development Planning Boardroom.
