Letšeng Diamond Mine (Letšeng) invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the supply and installation of IT equipment at Letšeng Diamond Mine, Letšeng la Terae, Mokhotlong.
COLLECTION AND SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents may be obtained at Letšeng Diamonds website www.letsengdiamonds.co.ls/category/procurement from 12h00 on Thursday 24th October 2019. Tenderers are required to note the instructions for site visit as contained in the Instruction to Tenderers.
Submissions must be made in One Hard Copy and One Electronic Copy on Flash Drive, in sealed envelopes bearing no identity of the company, and marked “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF IT EQUIPMENT AT LETŠENG LA TERAE, MOKHOTLONG”. The sealed envelopes must be submitted to Letšeng Diamonds, Letšeng Diamond House, Cnr. Kingsway and Old School Road, Maseru Lesotho or Letšeng Diamond Mine, Letšeng-la-Terae, Mokhotlong where registers of submissions shall be kept.
PRESCRIBED FORMAT FOR SUBMISSION
Respondents shall submit the required documents in the order prescribed in the tender document.
CLOSING DATE
The closing date for submissions is Friday 8th November 2019 at 12h00.

Preference shall be given to service providers that demonstrate support for Staffing, Procurement and Enterprise Development of Lesotho nationals.
