Mandatory Requirements
• Price should be VAT inclusive for VAT-registered suppliers (attach VAT registration certificate)
• Attach valid Business Identity Card
• Attach valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
• Provide the IBR number
• Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
• Price must be quoted in Maloti
• Quotation must state lead time
• Quotations must include both Lot 1 and Lot 2
Note:
• Delivery is to be made at IEC Central Warehouse, next to WASCO
• IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
• Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
• Late submissions will not be accepted
