TENDER NO. 2 OF 2021/22
Contract Title: Supply and Installation of Digital Radio Mixers
- The Government of Lesotho through Ministry of Communications, Science and Technology (MCST) invites sealed tenders from eligible suppliers for supply and installation of Digital Radio Mixers. Tender documents are obtainable from Procurement office of the MCST, Moposo House 3rd Floor, Kingsway, Maseru from 17 June 2021 from 08:00hrs to 15:30hrs. Documents will be offered after payment of non-refundable fee of M5,000.00.
- Prospective bidders must attach the following to their tenders:
- Valid Trader’s License certified at source
- Valid Tax Clearance certified at source
- Refundable Bid Security of 2% of the tender price
- Signed Certificate of Bonafide Tendering
- Site Inspection: There will be a mandatory site inspection on the on 08th July 2021 at 10:00 at LNBS offices, Lerotholi Street, Maseru. Suppliers should ensure that they register their attendance on the site.
- Sealed tenders (1original and 4 copies) bearing no identification of the tenderer clearly marked “Supply and Installation of Digital Radio Mixers” must be deposited in the Ministry’s tender box situated at the reception area on or before 28 July 2021 at 12:30hrs.
- Interested eligible suppliers may request clarification in writing from the MSCT Procurement Unit Moposo House 3rd Floor or email Miss ‘Mamokhethi Moshabe at the following email addresses: [email protected] copy to [email protected]
- MCST is not bound to accept the lowest or any price.
