The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and installation of a new door, at Election House Maseru West.
1. SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW AND DOOR LOCK
(i) DOOR
– Straight Top Panel
– Smooth Skin
– Class E – 30 Minute Fire Rated
– SANS 1253 Approved
– Heavy Duty Fire Door with Exposed Edges
– Supplied pre-primed
– 813mm x 2032mm
– Color brown
(ii) DOOR LOCK FITTING
– Cylinder lock and handle set size 20 x 13 x 7cm
– Colour gun metal grey

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after provision of service.
• Service to be done at IEC Offices at Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Thursday 6th March 2025 at 16:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply and Installation of a new door ’’.
