The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the supply and installation of a door, door pane, and window panes at the 03 Motete Constituency Office, located at Ha Mahlekefane, B03 Nqoe Community Council’s Offices.

Mandatory Requirements
- Price must be VAT inclusive for VAT-registered suppliers (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach a valid Business Identity Card
- Attach a valid copy of Tax Clearance
- Specifications must be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Quotation must be on company letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
- Price must be quoted in Maloti currency
- Quotation must state lead time
Important Notes
- Delivery must be made to the IEC Central Warehouse, next to WASCO
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Payment will be processed after delivery of goods
- Late submissions will not be accepted
