The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and fitting Sorrento wall-to-wall carpet in the three IEC Boardrooms.

- 3rd Floor Boardroom – area size 44.7m²
- 4th Floor Boardroom – area size 44.7m²
- Colour – Royal Navy

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach valid relevant Business Identity Card
- Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance
- The specifications should be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Indicate the Lead time on the quotation
- Quotation should be on the letterhead or bear the company’s stamp
- Price should be quoted in Maloti currency
NB:
- IEC is not bound to the lowest price
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization
- Payment will be processed after provision of service
