The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified and interested companies for the supply and fitting of office furniture for the Office of the Chairperson and the Manager of Corporate Services.

Mandatory Requirements
- The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers registered for VAT (attach VAT registration certificate)
- Attach a valid relevant Business Identity Card
- Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Specifications should be written in full on the quotation
- Provide the IBR number
- Indicate the lead time on the quotation
- Quotation should be on the company’s letterhead or bear the official stamp
- Prices should be quoted in Maloti currency
Important Notes
- IEC is not bound to accept the lowest price
- Companies are not allowed to use the IEC logo without authorization
- Payment will be made after provision of service
