INVITATION TO TENDER: CONTRACT # 1 of 2022/23
SUPPLY AND FITTING OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRINCIPAL CHIEFS OFFICES
The Ministry of Local Government and Chieftainship (MoLGC) has been allocated funds for the development of Principal Chiefs Offices for the year 2020/2021 Financial year.
The Ministry invites tenders from eligible companies for the supply and fitting of Office Furniture and Equipment for the offices of FIVE (5) Principal Chiefs.
Bidding will be conducted through the Public Procurement Regulations 2007 and it is open to all eligible bidders
Interest bidders may obtain further information at the Ministry’s office from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
A complete set of bid document must be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Thousand Maloti only (M2000.00), in cash.
A tender security shall accompany all bids to the value of one percent (1%) of the bidder’s tender price.
Bidders shall also submit along with their bids certified copies of valid certificate of incorporation, trader’s license, and tax clearance certificate.
Tenderers may request clarifications on or before May 31st, 2022. Request for clarifications will not be accepted after this date. Response to the clarifications will be responded to, not later than June 6th, 2022.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed and unidentifiable envelop to the address below, on July 1st 2022 and submissions MUST be hand delivered to the Ministry`s Tender box situated at 5th Floor, Moposo House, Kingsway. Maseru.
