INVITATION TO BIDDERS
BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN COMPETITIVE BIDDING
SUPPLY AND FITTING OF BLINDS, AND SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF DOOR SIGNAGE AND WAYFINDING SIGNAGE – NA002/26/27
The National Assembly of the Kingdom of Lesotho has been allocated/received funds to be used for the acquisition of Grizzel Double roller blinds, and Installation of Door Signage and Wayfinding Signage.
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above works.
Bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act and the Regulations made under the Act and is competitive to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 09:00am–16:30pm.
The bidding document which has been prepared in the English language may be obtained electronically by interested bidders at 8(b) free of charge.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11th November 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of LSL 10,000.00. Bid securities must be valid until 30th January 2027. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at 10:30am on 11th November 2026.
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at National Assembly Premises at 10:30am on the dates indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
