Invitation for Bids (IFB): Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Toner Cartridges and Microsoft Office 365

- Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO) has received financing from the Government of Lesotho and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Toner Cartridges and Microsoft Office 365. The Directorate now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders clearly marked “Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Toner Cartridges and Microsoft Office 365”
- Bidding will be conducted through the Open National Competitive Tendering procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act 2023 and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the mentioned act.

Cc: [email protected] and may inspect the bidding documents during office hours 0900hrs to 1600hrs Monday to Thursday and 0900hrs to 1200hrs on Fridays at the address given under paragraph 7 below.
- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL2,000.00 (Two Thousand Maloti only). The method of payment will be cash to DCEO Finance office.
- Bids must be delivered to the address indicated under paragraph 7 below on or before 3rd July, 2025 at 1100hrs. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives who may choose to attend at the address shown below on the same date (3rd July, 2025) at 1115hrs. The document will be available from Friday 6th June 2025 at 1000hrs.
