REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TESTING CENTRE COMPUTERS
Centre for Accounting Studies (CAS) is a licensed Computer-Based Examinations (CBE) Centre for a number of international examination bodies. It is currently in the process of upgrading its resources in line with the compliance requirements of the individual examination bodies. The Centre for Accounting Studies invites proposals from locally registered suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Testing Centre Computers.
- Closing date for Bid submissions is Friday, 10th July 2025 at 11:00 am.
- Interested Companies will be required to purchase a Tender Document at a non-refundable fee of M1,000.00 (One Thousand Maloti Only), from the CAS Accounts Office. The tender document is immediately available for purchase.
- Payment may be made via Mpesa, Ecocash, POS or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No cash shall be accepted.
- All documents relating to this invitation must be submitted in one plain sealed envelope, which should not bear details of the bidder. The envelope should contain, separately, Technical and Financial Proposals and be marked:
“Proposal for Supply and Delivery of Testing Centre Computers”
and deposited into the CAS Tender Box located at the Reception, CAS Premises:
46 Bowker Road, Old Europa, Maseru 100, Lesotho
on or before 11:00 am, 10th July 2025. - Bidders must submit 1 original and 5 copies of both their technical and financial bids.
- All the submitted Bids will be opened and announced on the same day, 10th July 2025, in the presence of the interested parties or their representatives at 11:30 am at CAS premises.
