TENDER 06/2021: Supply and Delivery of Tablets and accessories
PSI invites prospective Suppliers to compete for a fixed-price contract to supply the following as applicable:
i. 50* LTE 8” Tablet. RAM:2GB, ROM:32GB.
ii. 200* 8” Screen protection glass cover (MODEL: 8”LTE, tablet)
iii. 155* Flip cover pouch for tablets 8”.
iv. 200* Power banks, 30k mAh
Please submit bids for the services specified per terms as described in Part II of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. IFB 06/2021. This is an urgent requirement, and bidders are strongly urged to offer within their quickest delivery dates.
Inquiries concerning this IFB and any return bid(s) must be submitted in writing, to be received sufficiently in advance of the Last Bid Receipt Date to permit a thorough and accurate response by PSI.
Such inquiries shall be sent by email, directed to Attention: Senior Procurement Manager, Email [email protected] , not later than the 12th of August 2021. PSI is under no obligation to consider or respond to questions that are not received on time.
