1. The Principal Secretary, Ministry of Education and Training now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for The Supply and Delivery of Stationery for Primary Schools to the School Supply Unit for the following items:

2. A complete set of Bidding documents in English will be sent through email free of charge. Bidders are expected to register their email address at the Procurement Office located at Education Facilities Unit (EFU) as per 6 (1) below.
a. Qualifications Requirements include; Audited Financial Statements for the past two (2) years 2022/2023 and 2023/2024, Letter confirming the availability of Credit line of 70 percent of bid price or more, from the bank. It should be recent: April, May and June 2024.
b. Tenders shall be submitted in sealed envelope clearly marked “The Supply and Delivery of Stationery for Free Primary Schools in Lesotho-2024/2025” bearing no external marks as to Tenderers Identification. Bids must be delivered on or before 21st May, 2024 at 11:30hrs to the below address 6(2) below: and will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address given in paragraph 6 (2) below at 11:30hrs on 21st May, 2024.
The Bidding Process shall be constituted by the Public Procurement Act 2023 enacted by the Government of Lesotho.
3. All bids must be accompanied by bid securities (2% of the bid amount) per lot in the form of Bank cheque or Bank Guarantee valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid.
4. Non-Returnable samples must be submitted to The Procurement Unit; Education Facilities Unit building on or before 20th May, 2024 at 11:00hrs Samples are required on ALL items bided for.
5. A COMPULSORY PRE – BID MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 30th, April 2024 at 10:00hrs, at the 6 (1) address below.
6. Issuance of Bidding Documents; FREE COPY THROUGH EMAIL
