Provision of Security Services
Introduction
The Ministry of Development Planning (MDP) has received funds from Government of Lesotho for Provision of Security Services
- Issuance and Submission of Bids
The tender is issued on the Monday 29 November 2021 till Friday 07 January 2022 at 12:00 noon. Bid responses from competent security companies must be submitted to the Ministry`s Tender Box situated next to the Minister’ suit at the entrance foyer of the top floor of the Ministry of Development Planning Building (Africa House), Government Complex, Corner Nightingale and King’s Way Road, Maseru, not later than 12:00 noon, Friday 07 January 2022 as follows: –
Technical proposal in one (1) original and four (4) hard copies in an envelope marked “Provision of Security Services NOT the names of the bidder.
Financial proposal in one (1) original in a sealed envelope marked “financial proposal for Provision of Security Services and shall bear the names and address of the bidder.
Both technical and financial proposals must be in separate envelopes that shall be enclosed in one sealed envelope bearing no identification of bidder marked “Provision of Security Services”
Tender documents are available at the Ministry of Development Planning (Procurement Unit) at a non-refundable fee of M3000.00 (Three thousand Maloti) not later than 30 December 2021at 16:00 noon. The Tender Document fee is payable in cash at MDP Accounts Office. All tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who will choose to attend on Friday 07 January 2022 at 14:30 at the Ministry of Development Planning Boardroom.
