1.1 Invitation To Tender: The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Mafeteng invites sealed tenders from Security Service Providers for Provision of Professional Security Services in Mafeteng District Agric Office (DAO) sites-Four (4) Posts for a period of Two (2) Years.
1.2 Tender Documents: Full details of the tender are provided in the tender documents obtainable at DAO Procurement Office Mafeteng upon receipt of cash payment of a non-refundable registration fee of Two thousand Maloti (M2, 000.00) payable at Mafeteng DAO Accounts Office.
1.3 Delivery of Tenders: Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, bearing No identification of the tenderer, and clearly marked “Tender for Provision of Security Service at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security Mafeteng” should be deposited in the tender box placed at District Procurement Unit (DA) Mafeteng.
1.4 Mandatory Documents: Valid Tax Clearance, Valid copies of Form 2A Private Security Office Act 2002 Registration Certificate, Certified at source, Firearm Certificates Certified at source, Proof of Insurance covering company employees certified at source and Site Visit Certificate.
