Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) is requesting quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and Delivery of Refreshments.

12 cases cranberry liquifruit.(330ml)
Jacobs Gold Coffee (10 x 200g).
Jacobs Kronung Coffee (10 x 200g).
Jacobs Kronung Coffee 3 in 1 sachets 15 (10 x 18.7g).
Jacobs Cappuccino Vanilla 15 (10 x 18.7g).
Rooibos tea (10 x 200g).
5 Roses tea bags (10 x 500g).
Gold Crest Pure honey (10 x 500g).
Coffee Creamer (15 x 750g).
Healthy Living honey (10 x 500g).
Brown sugar (20 x 1kg).

Mandatory Requirements:
The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
Attach valid and relevant Traders License/ Business Identity Card.
Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance Certificate.
The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
Quotation should be on letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
Provide IBR number.
The quotations should state lead time.
NB:
IEC is not bound to the lowest price.
Payment will be processed after delivery.
Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
The quotations should be e-mailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] or submitted in Procurement Unit 2 nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West, in a sealed envelopes on or before Tuesday the 21 st January 2025 at 16:30pm .Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply and delivery of Refreshments.”
