MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
Provide the IBR number.
Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
NB:
IEC is not bound to lowest price.
Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
Payment will be processed after Delivery.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and cc [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2 nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Wednesday the 5th March at 4:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked ‘’Supply and Delivery of Recording Device, Hard Drive and Flash Drive’’.
