INVITATION TO TENDER NO: 05 OF 2025/2026
TENDER TITLE: Supply and Delivery of Promotional Materials for 2026 Population and Housing Census for Bureau of Statistics (BOS)
1. Introduction
The Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MoFDP) has received funds from the Government of Lesotho (GoL) through the Bureau of Statistics (BOS) for acquisition of promotional materials. The main task is to undertake the responsibility of planning and implementing the 2026 Population and Housing Census (PHC). The purpose of the Census is to provide the Government and other stakeholders with information pertaining to socio-economic and demographic characteristics of the population as well as housing characteristics.
The Ministry invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of promotional materials for the 2026 Population and Housing Census for BOS. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) has six lots, and bidders are free to bid for one lot or more.
2. Bidding Documents
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be available to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LSL 2,500.00 (two thousand Maloti and five hundred only).

- Clarification Requests: Allowed up to the day before submission deadline, during office hours (09:30 AM – 03:30 PM)
3. Bid Submission
- Tender Security: 2% of bid price must accompany all bids
- Submission Deadline: 19 August 2025 at 12:00 HRS
- Submission Location: Tender Box, Government Complex Phase 2, Development Planning, 2nd Floor
- Opening of Bids: 19 August 2025 at 14:30 HRS in the presence of bidders or their representatives
- Late Bids: Will be rejected
