The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Supply and Delivery of Petrol Brush Cutter and Backpack Sprayer.
SPECIFICATIONS

2. Backpack Sprayer
• A 15.1 litre translucent plastic tank has a 4-inch-wid mouth opening for easy filling, cleaning, and checking fluid level.
• 2-Stage filtration system, one filter at the top and another filter at shut-off.
• Poly shut-off with 2 nozzles; poly fan, poly adjustable cone.
• Padded shoulder straps to accommodate a full backpack for hours.
• FKM seals and gaskets designed to handle a variety of oils & chemicals including Fertilizers & Sodium Hypochlorite.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Delivery to be made at IEC Central Warehouse next to Wasco, Industrial Area.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Companies are not allowed to use IEC logo without being authorised.
• Payment will be processed after Delivery of goods
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] and copy to [email protected] or submitted in Procurement 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West on or before Wednesday the 12th February 2025 at 12:30pm. Envelopes should be clearly marked “Supply and delivery of brush & backpack sprayer’’.
