Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Certified (at source) copy of Trader’s Licence
- Audited Financial Statements for 2023/2024 and 2024/2025
- VAT Certificate
- Tender price must include VAT
Financial and Technical Requirements
Technical Capacity and Experience
- Executed similar contracts exceeding M150,000.00 in the last 3 years, with references
- Minimum 3 years of business experience in supplying similar goods
Financial Capacity
- Audited financial statements for the last two years
- Credit line of M150,000.00 from a financial institution (bank only)
Bid Security
- Bid Security of M20,000.00 in the form of a bank-guaranteed confirmation letter addressed to the Ministry of Public Service – LIPAM
