Tender Description
Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment and Network Upgrade
- Lot 1: Central Region
- Lot 2: Northern Region
- Lot 3: Southern Region
1. Background
The Judiciary has been allocated funds by the Government of Lesotho for the procurement of office equipment and network upgrades for Lots 1, 2, and 3.
2. Invitation
The Judiciary invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the above-mentioned items.
3. Procurement Method
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national competitive bidding method as stipulated in the Public Procurement Act, and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Inspection of Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect bidding documents during office hours:
- Time: 09:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: As indicated under section 8(a) below
5. Purchase of Bidding Documents
Bidding documents (in English) may be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of M500.00.
- Method of Payment: Cash
- Collection Point: As indicated under section 8(b)
6. Submission and Opening of Bids
- Bid Submission Deadline: 29 May 2026 at 10:00 AM (Local Time)
- Bid Security: M97,000.00
- Bid Security Validity: Until 30 September 2026
Late bids will be rejected.
