INVITATION TO TENDER NO: 03 OF 2025/2026 FOR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
The Ministry invites Tenders from eligible and reputable companies to bid for the Supply and Delivery of OFFICE EQUIPMENT for Department of Home Affairs (LRMIS).
Tender document is obtainable from the Department of Home Affairs at a non-refundable fee of M2,000.00.
Compliance to tender conditions:
• Correct Number of Tender Responses (1 original and 4 copies)
• Valid Trader’s license
• Valid Tax Clearance
• VAT certificate (where applicable)
• Original Certificate of bona fide from tender document, must be correctly filled and returned with both Home Affairs procurement date stamp and bidder’s date stamp
• Bid Security of M10,000.00 (per lot)
Individual bid, i.e. one (1) original plus four (4) copies, bearing no identification of the bidder must be enclosed in one plain envelope labelled “Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment (LRMIS – lot ‘specify’)”, must be delivered to the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police in the Tender Box situated at 5th Floor near boardroom, not later than 12:00 noon on the 2nd July 2025. The opening will be done on the same day at 14:30pm in the presence of bidders nor representatives.
