1. Background
The Examinations Council of Lesotho (ECOL) intends to apply part of its funds towards payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Notebooks, Laptops and Desktops.
2. Scope of Supply
Sealed bids are invited from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of the following items (delivery within two (2) weeks):

3. Bidding Process
- Method: National Competitive Bidding
- Qualification Requirements:
- Legal status documents and power of attorney
- Proof of experience in at least two (2) similar contracts
- Audited Financial Statements for 2023 and 2024
- Letter confirming availability of credit line equal to or greater than bid price
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Trader’s License (certified at source)
